Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist saving the emperor from a fall, despite the emperor's initial negative reaction. They briefly bicker over the situation and start to understand each other. The emperor, while still arrogant, shows a naive side. The protagonist then reveals that he's a member of the Demonic Cult, challenging the emperor's preconceived notions about it and creating some intrigue.
