Synopsis

The chapter opens with a tense conflict between the Emei and Qingcheng sects in Sichuan, triggered by Qingcheng's claim that Emei stole their cultivation technique. Both sects make accusations of grave robbing and theft. Amidst this, it is revealed the protagonist seeks to unite the Central Plains under his control, having left the Heavenly Mountain and is heading towards the center of conflict, and is already showing extraordinary power. The chapter also sets the stage for a larger conflict by mentioning various other sects in the Central Plains.
