Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist escaping from imprisonment and reluctantly agreeing to assist a stranded individual. This individual reveals himself to be the Emperor. They steal horses, attracting the attention of pursuing warriors, including archers. Despite his lack of equestrian skills, the protagonist uses his unusual abilities to help them evade capture, with the revelation that the enemy pursuers are highly skilled.
