Synopsis

The chapter opens with Margrave Rosenberg escaping after the battle, prompting debate about whether to pursue him. The demon lord decides not to pursue as it might escalate the conflict and draw unwanted attention. Later, the demon lord is encouraged to execute a prisoner for the first time. He does so without strong emotion and plans to make a keepsake out of the skull. The chapter ends with Laura questioning the ability to house all of the prisoners.
