Synopsis

The protagonist travels to the commercial city of Zepplin, a place where wealth and exploitation reign. He learns about the dark side of the city, particularly the fact that fines are the only punishment for crime. He then visits Elfenheim, a slave auction specifically for elves, revealing the prevalent slavery practices. He expresses a desire to acquire a particular elf and plans to reform the system.
