Synopsis

The chapter opens with the Iron Head Sect reeling from losses and facing pressure to join the Great Bear Faction. A new character appears, declaring his intent to take over the sect by challenging their chief. He defeats the chief, offers the sect members a life of honest work, and then reveals an alliance with the Hao clan. He demonstrates extraordinary insight and perception, and reveals his plans to unite the various factions and offer salvation to the slums by creating a new sect under his guidance.
