Synopsis

The chapter opens with the Escort Chief reflecting on his desire to help those neglected by society. He then explores the slums, analyzing three powerful local factions: the Crimson Tiger Faction, the Great Bear Faction, and the Iron Head Sect. He encounters the student council president, Dokgo Joon, who questions the government's involvement with Murim students. Despite these concerns, the Escort Chief continues his preparations with a former acquaintance, sharing his past in the slums and his intent to make it a safe place.
