Synopsis

Ian sends Douglas off to the Royal Alchemist Academy, reflecting on his need to regain his full power but also being wary of Ragnar. He receives an unexpected invitation to a palace banquet hosted by the first prince, who is different from the cautious prince Ian remembers from his previous life. It turns out the banquet was a deliberate move to introduce Ian to the nobility, displaying his strength, and is a ploy by the prince to gain more power.
