Synopsis

The chapter reveals Ian Phage's status as a TH-Class magician, leading to high-class magicians debating how to handle him due to his potential danger. Instead of enrolling in the academy, he is assigned special training and given a personal laboratory. Despite appearing compliant, Ian is secretly planning to gain enough power to surpass the tower's owner and create his own force before a major event involving 'Ragnar'. He is met by an old acquaintance who is now his assigned 'support' and is then reunited with his old mentor.
