After clearing this hurdle, he is introduced to a mana battery and asked to fill it to test his capacity, which the Tower expects to be at most that of a RD class master. However, Ian internally struggles with self-doubts as to his own strength and his obsession with magic that may clash with his strategic planning mindset.
