Synopsis

Jinsung's teacher proposes he transfer due to his low ranking before a school-wide transition to a military-style system. A ranking system is implemented, and Jinsung's F-rank status makes him a liability for his squad. The students are informed of a squad battle event where they will be observed by government scouts, forcing Jinsung's squad to face the strongest group, leading to his squad members to lose hope and resentment before the fight even begins. Jinsung ends up being ordered to become the squad's 'shield' despite his low rank.
