Synopsis

The chapter details the school's sudden transformation into a military-run institution, where teachers become officers, and students receive military ranks based on combat ability, with third-years being the highest ranked. A detailed flashback reveals that the ranking system is based on 'Edeya' which is the manifestation of a person's soul as a physical object and this is what caused societal ranking to begin. Park Jinsung, the protagonist, receives the lowest rank which causes him to be bullied and treated like trash by his classmates.
