Synopsis

The chapter begins by revealing the protagonist's past as an internationally wanted criminal on Earth, forcing them into a quiet life of reading. Now in a new world, they find the local literature lacking and instead take up being a storyteller. A performance of a well-known hero story, "The Prince Who Toppled the Demon King," is interrupted by a drunkard, which escalates into a brawl between mercenaries and an adventurer. The storyteller attempts to flee, while a mysterious character intervenes, proclaiming themselves as a holy knight.
