Synopsis

The chapter focuses on Namgoong Hyuk's brutal methods of training (or torturing) the Thunder Dragon Group into complete submission. He forces them into repetitive tasks, punishing even minor mistakes severely, which pushes them to their limits. While some are horrified by his cruelty, elders are impressed by the group's forced obedience. Frustrated by Hyuk's methods a secondary character then summons the Black Tortoise Group leader, hoping to find a way to manipulate the situation.
