Synopsis

The chapter opens with the aftermath of a large fight between the Black Tortoise and Thunder Dragon groups, revealing many injuries on both sides, particularly within the Black Tortoise group. The leadership questions the Thunder Dragon group's caretaker, demanding accountability and punishment for the violence. While the Thunder Dragon group also suffered injuries, they are significantly less, leading to accusations of weakness. The argument escalates into a discussion of martial arts principles and whether they should passively endure attacks, before ending with the assertion that the one who provokes the other should be held responsible.
