Synopsis

The chapter begins with a chaotic escape, where a character urges others to flee with him, seemingly from a perceived threat. A demon lord is discovered, and rather than being evil, he mourns his fallen comrade and surprisingly thanks the group for bringing him back. He offers them his castle and treasure, reminiscent of his family and past. The group however reveals their true motivations of using him, and his kindness increases their likeability to them so they can extract his wealth from him. The group arrives at his impressive castle, anticipating the next phase of their plans.
