Synopsis

Rose is frustrated by the lack of dressmakers in this country and inability to find even an off-the-rack dress. Meanwhile, a boy is being bullied in the streets when he is suddenly saved by a man who identifies himself as Count Bellnore, and claims to be from another land. He is taken back to the count's quarters and treated by Rose, where she also begins to question the boy's background.
