Synopsis

The chapter opens with Kang-woo seemingly struggling with his CSAT exams, while his family frets over his preparation and well-being. Interwoven with this are conversations between individuals discussing Cassian, a rapidly rising villain who has challenged one of the Four Evil Monarchs. The authorities are now taking notice of Cassian's rapid development and are planning to send a powerful psyker to observe and potentially neutralize him. Additionally, it appears there may be a connection between the two storylines.
