Synopsis

The chapter reveals Cassian is inside a building, seemingly attempting to control a situation related to Rose. A new powerful character arrives, declaring that Rose is awakening for the third time and if completed, will result in a disaster. This character, an 'evil monarch', also claims they are here to ensure no tampering with the match, but warns everyone that this situation with Rose is far beyond what they might expect. Others also seem to be aware of this and worry for Cassian's safety.
