Synopsis

The chapter opens with a system update that transforms former NPCs into Freeborns, each with their own updated classes, like Jake the former vigilante. The protagonist is praised for saving the village from deletion and is mistakenly believed to be a system operator by the now free NPCs, who want to follow them. Despite denying these claims, the protagonist is told that their actions have changed the NPCs' fates and they are essentially their master now, before gaining access to the storage chest using moderator privileges.
