The chapter opens with the protagonist entering a dungeon, seemingly for a milestone quest. They quickly find a door and, upon opening it, are confronted by a powerful demon. The protagonist is overwhelmed and repeatedly attempts to upgrade their equipment to fight back, but the upgrades all fail and result in their equipment being destroyed. Despite this, they somehow complete the milestone and gain a moderator level, leaving them injured but alive.
The protagonist enters a dungeon for a milestone and encounters a powerful demon. They repeatedly try and fail to upgrade their equipment while seemingly taking heavy damage.
