Synopsis

The chapter emphasizes Cale's willingness to put himself in harm's way for others. He uses a new arm made by Mary to extract dead mana and continues to aid those around him. Despite his efforts, he collapses and later awakens to find everyone concerned for him as a powerful being demands he wake up before they destroy the continent. He learns he has been unconscious for several days.
