Synopsis

The chapter opens with the aftermath of a cultist attack, revealing that despite achieving some success, the subjugation squad failed to capture key targets. The situation escalates rapidly with the unexpected appearance of a dragon, who commands a hoard of monsters. Though the Black Lion Knights initially hold their ground, it becomes clear that their forces are exhausted, and the dragon's defenses are stronger than anticipated. A key leader of the team, Count Kelterron, is knocked out by debris during the battle.
