Synopsis

The chapter focuses on Karina's childhood and how she is constantly overlooked in favor of her siblings, primarily Arvelia who is frequently sick and Infrick who is excelling at the academy. Her birthday is disregarded, and she is forced to give up her present, further solidifying her feelings of neglect. This leads her to decide she will no longer rely on her family's affections and instead finds a passion in painting. Despite creating a beautiful artwork, it's overshadowed by Infrick's achievements.
