Synopsis

Ulysses, a highly-regarded mage from the Central Magic Tower, arrives at Davey's territory, piquing Davey's initial hostility due to his association with Davey's sister. This encounter is interrupted by the outbreak of a contagious disease known as Devil's Blood, prompting the arrival of the Central Disease Management Corps, who swiftly quarantine the territory and its people. Davey and the others find themselves restrained, facing a deadly threat that seems resistant to conventional cures, while the Corps assures them they will find a solution.
