Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist facing a medical mystery where a detoxification spell failed, resulting in a patient's declining health. He suspects foul play and hires the "Echo" information guild to investigate Potna, one of his sister's knights. Despite initially wanting to pay upfront, the guild's leader, a disguised dark elf, chooses to have payment calculated later based on his potential. Additionally, a trip is planned but is met with concerns about their companion's health and a lingering sense of unease.
