Synopsis

This chapter introduces a major antagonist, the Demon King Perserque, who is poised to return and plunge the continent into chaos. A powerful spirit named Aina, linked to a dark past with the World Tree, is introduced and shown to be protecting a contractor. Jack, the hero, encounters Aina and becomes involved in a confrontation that highlights his past relationship with her, as well as a mysterious connection to a World Tree figure.
