Synopsis

A group of gamblers tries to manipulate a game for profit but ends up losing a significant amount of money to an incredibly lucky player. Accusations of cheating arise, escalating the conflict as a disgruntled gambler reveals his ties to a local gang. The chapter also introduces another character seemingly uninterested in gambling, but possibly with connections to powerful people.
