Synopsis

The chapter opens with Luo Chen and his friends exploring the inner zone of a casino, where gambling stakes are high and provoking opponents is common. Simultaneously, Manager Zhang hosts a dinner at the same casino, which seems like a networking event with hidden agendas. Luo Chen ends up having a tense encounter with Wang Kai, someone known to be associated with the powerful Brother Biao, which appears to be the main conflict of the chapter.
