Synopsis

The chapter opens with the resolution of Redford's debt, only to be immediately followed by turmoil as Count Ronden goes missing, leading to rumors of him stealing the kingdom's money. Roman Dmitri, the successor to the Dmitri Dukedom, steps in to negotiate with the Golden Bank, who are now demanding an exorbitant amount of money due to a delayed payment. Roman questions the Golden Bank's motives, suggesting they might have deliberately created a trap to further exploit the Redford Kingdom's struggles. The chapter ends with the bank's representative getting furious, ending any possibility of further negotiations.
