Synopsis

The chapter reveals that the protagonist's attempts to alter people's fates are being reversed by a powerful, unchangeable force called the "Fate Restoration Phenomenon." Seeking a way to counter this, he is directed to the Mermen Kingdom to find a legendary jewel that might hold the answer. The protagonist also encounters the Dragon King, who initially dismisses his concerns but, through a clever manipulation based on the King's extreme dislike of waking up early, the protagonist eventually gains valuable insight into the nature of fate's resistance to change.
