Synopsis

The chapter reveals that Lortelle is plotting against her adoptive father, Elte, who in turn arrives at the academy seeking to thwart her plans. Alice, initially working for Lortelle, sends a letter revealing Lortelle's betrayal to Elte with a request for payment, and is later revealed to be responsible for setting up a trap using Ophis Hall's defense magic, taking Lortelle hostage. The chaos escalates as the building is on the verge of collapse due to the magic being misused, with various characters caught in the crossfire. Elte's arrival and his association with Shenny also add to the intricate network of shifting alliances and betrayals.
