Synopsis

Following a heavy downpour, only Ophis Hall students received transport back to the academy, leading to discontent among the Dex Hall students. A merchant manipulates this frustration, using Willane to incite a protest under the guise of advocating for equal treatment. The plan is to amplify the conflict and damage Ophis Hall to undermine the academy's finances. Concurrently, the chapter also focuses on Janica's past, her self-reliance, and her unwillingness to burden others, showcasing her decision to move from Ophis Hall to the Dex Hall.
