Synopsis

The chapter begins by detailing the outcome of Janica's trials, where she is placed on probation and faces suspension. Meanwhile, Taylor, avoiding Janica's group, begins building a hut while reflecting on Janica's actions. This leads to a deeper analysis of Janica's character— her need to honor everyone's goodwill which ultimately led to her 'berserk' state. Narilda appears and tells Taylor that the spirit world is very interested in him.
