Synopsis

A conversation about the nature of criminals and their abilities takes place, highlighting the belief that they are born, not made. Kingston is introduced as a strong, eccentric individual who catches someone's interest and is being tracked by Officer Seo Gangyu. A prison officer, Seo Gangho, seeks to add criminology to an ability academy's curriculum, revealing a textbook containing the records of all Ruculus Prison's criminals. He intends to understand criminals and believes the education the students are receiving is incorrect.
