Synopsis

Lee Jehwan, identified as 'The Executioner', tries to negotiate with prisoners on sublevels of a prison, offering them a quick death in exchange for releasing the hostages. The prisoners refuse, asserting they don't deserve death and desire negotiation. Lee dismisses their pleas and proceeds with violence, believing he cannot reason with them, despite his companion's attempts to find a peaceful solution. The chapter ends with Lee declaring that these monstrous prisoners must all be killed, implying the start of a major battle.
