Synopsis

The Prince of Jerlayla, during a casual meeting, reveals his intentions to open his country to trade, driven by the need for magic engineers and the desire to ally with the Canas Empire. Simultaneously, the Emperor of the Canas Empire, in disguise, answers questions, admitting to a desire to punish corrupt nobles, and unexpectedly reveals a deep-seated reason for saving some earth fairies that resonated with his tragic past, creating a shared understanding with the Prince based on their similar 'smell of blood'.
