Synopsis

The chapter focuses on Djitri, detailing her tragic past as a noble dispossessed by her uncle and her current position as a maid. Despite her cheerful exterior, she is internally jaded and sees herself as a machine-like spy. Djitri is tasked by Theo to monitor Nox, and the chapter ends with her arrival as Nox's exclusive maid, setting up her role in his story. The protagonist, dealing with a terminal illness and fast growth, is aware that he will have to play the role of a villain.
