Synopsis

Elric's party reaches a temple, and Elric quickly declares he will learn swordsmanship, causing his magic teachers to vehemently object. A martial arts master proposes to teach Elric, arguing that his unique fighting style could benefit from martial arts. Elric explains he sees martial arts as a necessary foundation to enhance his magic and better fight against demons, not as a replacement for it, ultimately convincing his teachers to let him pursue both disciplines.
