Synopsis

The chapter progresses with the characters receiving a treasure map and research materials related to body strengthening, along with a rare herb tied to an ancient prophecy. It then transitions to Mephi's memories where we see his true demon king form and the loneliness he felt, suggesting he may be acting out of fate rather than personal malice. The protagonist and Elric also witness these memories due to a demon absorption event, establishing a link that allows them to hear each other's thoughts. Finally, it's revealed that a seal used on a demon was weaker than initially believed.
