Synopsis

The chapter depicts the fall of the Norma family and the swift rise of the Seomoon family in Las Vegas. A mysterious individual with potent battle skills, is revealed to be a powerful fighter and possesses the unique ability to create antidotes, but only for battles. He encounters a group of people, some with powers, who were wronged by the Norma family, and rejects their pleas for help, urging them to be self-reliant. He ultimately decides to use a poisonous mist created from his own powers to his own gain.
