Synopsis

The chapter details Khan Arjan's history, highlighting his gambling addiction that led to him losing his wealth and even pawning his powerful weapon. He finds himself in a sewer after losing to the Norma Group, a mafia controlling Las Vegas. The sewer's inhabitants, oppressed by the Norma Group's 'cleaning' efforts, view Khan Arjan as their savior, despite his current state.
