Ming He wakes up after a year in a coma, discovering his sister worked tirelessly to pay his medical bills. He learns about government bounties for information and kills related to mutated creatures and sees this as a chance to help his sister. He goes to the bounty hall to sign up and breaks a superhuman punch record during the initial test, gaining recognition and rewards. He then aims for higher ranks to earn even more.
