Synopsis

The chapter starts with the protagonist struggling with his metal control skill which transitions too fast for his ability, causing him to lose control of his greatsword. It's discovered that a Kobold mage is controlling the Kobolds, not leading them. Simultaneously, a teammate suffers a panic attack and is dying, while they also face a massive attack from Kobolds. The protagonist strategically retreats while ordering a defense, but the overwhelming power of the Kobold mage is breaching their defenses.
