Synopsis

This chapter reveals that the Northern Army Guild, led by Choi Yeong Seong, intends to use the River Worm to seize control of the raid and elevate himself to hero status. A former vice guild master exposes their plan, warning others that the Northern Army Guild is about to attack, sparking infighting. Meanwhile, the protagonist faces a significantly stronger opponent, empowered by a different sponsor, leading to a difficult and potentially losing battle as they realize they were unknowingly holding back their strength while fighting.
