Synopsis

The chapter opens with members of the Northern Army Guild discussing the protagonist's rapid growth. The Guild Leader, intending to maintain control, promotes a new Vice-Guild Leader. During a gate raid, the guild demonstrates its overwhelming strength. Meanwhile, Jeong Inchang, disillusioned with the guild's indifference to casualties, resolves to leave and protect other hunters. He also reveals that his actions stem from his care and concern for other hunters within the guild.
