Synopsis

The chapter opens with an unexpected breath attack from the enemy, directed not at the characters but at their horses, which throws the group's plan into disarray. A chaotic scene follows with characters attempting to cut off the enemy's legs in an attempt to stop them. Despite a seemingly effective attack, the group is forced into a retreat, and the chapter ends with the enemy's pursuit bearing down on them as they reach a canyon.
