Synopsis

The chapter starts with Joseph visiting the Mayor, criticizing his office decor and then moving to discuss a serious issue. Meanwhile, others are investigating the back alleys, discovering a slave trade involving pregnant women. This shocking revelation prompts Joseph to take action, consulting with Vordan, who despite being on vacation, recognizes the seriousness of the situation. Finally, Joseph formally visits the Mayor, demanding to discuss the new information.
