Synopsis

Rosalin is promoted to an Advanced-rank knight, but the promotion comes with unexpected challenges, including a mountain of paperwork and the jealousy of lower-ranked knights. Nestor, a basic-rank knight, challenges her to a duel under the guise of seeking guidance, hoping to prove she is unworthy of her new rank. Rosalin receives advice from her captain that she needs to face such challenges head-on, so she accepts the formal duel. The chapter concludes with the start of their duel and hints at more political schemes within the knight order.
