Synopsis

The chapter introduces the concept of a "second venomous fang" in a creature, which Viktor had theorized about. Viktor then joins the newspaper club, "Lukeion," where he's recognized for his Ice Corp performance. The club is working on the recent orphanage explosion and discussing the villain's name, and Viktor provides insight by suggesting "Night Bloodhound." He reflects on his perception of the Night Bloodhound, remembering his acts of compassion rather than evil and concludes the man's motives might be noble.
